Your wedding should be an amazing event – not only for you, but also for the people who have chosen to spend the day celebrating your love. Of course, if you plan on inviting children to your wedding, you will also want them to feel absolutely great. Does that mean that they should be served the same menu as the adults – or is it better to offer something special for the little ones?
We have gathered some tips for you – so read on if you want to find out more.
- All in all, you are not obliged to serve a different menu for the children invited at your wedding. However though, keep in mind that your very young guests may be a lot more contempt to eat finger foods and kid-friendly dishes, rather than the fancy plates you have prepared for their parents.
- What’s more, serving a different menu for the kids should also be a lot cheaper – so it’s a good opportunity to save some money and satisfy all of your guests too. If your wedding caterer cannot offer a special children’s menu for your Big Day, see if they can at least cut the larger “adult menus” in halves for the little ones.
- If you decide to serve the same menu for the kids as you do for the adults, keep in mind that it should still be quite children-friendly (so it shouldn’t be too spicy and it shouldn’t be dangerous in any way for the kids).
